We were approached by a company based in Shenzhen, China, who were looking to attend a number of Trade Shows (Exhibition Events) in the UK, both in London (At the Olympia) and in Birmingham (UK’s 3rd largest city).
For the Birmingham event the company supplied their own booth, which was shipped from China to the UK. We stored the booth (and their stock) prior to the event, supplied builders to assemble the booth and supplied staff to work on the booth during the event.
The Chinese Company told us they wanted to be able to take payment at the event, as well as effectively capture customers details. We helped provide a payment solution for taking payments. A tablet system to record potential customer details.
We also arranged the required insurance for the events and dealt with all required paperwork and documents.
For the event in London the senior members of the company want to attend the Trade Show, we helped source them quality hotels and a travel plan from the airport to their hotel. We specialise in making it easy for everyone involved.
